Cancellation policy:

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 3 months before the date of arrival. With the conclusion of the booking, an accommodation contract is agreed by both parties.

• up to 3 months before the arrival date: no cancellation fees
• 3 to 1 months before the arrival date: 40% of the total price
• 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 80% of the total price
• in the last week before the arrival day: 90% of the total price
• The lessor is entitled to cancel the booking at any time.
